Tianjin South HSR Integrated Development

Tianjin South High Speed Railway ("HSR") Integrated Development, comprising three plots of land, is positioned to be a one-stop regional medical care, healthcare and commercial hub measuring over 3.3 million1 square feet in total gross floor area. The development is strategically sited adjacent to the operational Tianjin South HSR Station.

Tianjin South HSR Station is one of the key HSR integrated transportation hubs in Northeast China with inter-city railway, intra-city subway and taxi services. The station enjoys good accessibility to various cities, including China's two largest cities Beijing and Shanghai via the Beijing-Tianjin-Shanghai HSR Line 1. In addition, the station is expected to expand with two new HSR lines, the Beijing-Tianjin-Shanghai HSR Line 2 and Tianjin-Xiong'an HSR Line. Within Tianjin, the development is served by the operational Subway Line 3, with plans for three more subway lines to be launched in the near future.

The development is located about six kilometres ("km") from the Tianjin city centre, 25 km from Tianjin Binhai International Airport and 94km from Beijing Daxing International Airport, which is expected to open in 2019.

Tianjin South HSR Integrated Development is expected to comprise medical care, healthcare, eldercare, hospitality and retail components.

Strategically situated within the upcoming Jing-Jin-Ji megalopolis integrating Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, the integrated development is well-positioned to cater to the burgeoning demand for one-stop medical care, healthcare, eldercare, hospitality and retail services in Northeast China.

The development is expected to commence operations progressively from 2022 onwards.
